Rye Milling

The end product specification will determine whether a simple Discmill® system or a combined Discmill and roller mill process is the most appropriate. Rye flour with an ash content of below 0.9% would be produced on a combined system, a less refined product on a Discmill system.

The main advantage of any system using Discmills is the simplicity of the flow with attendant reduction in cost and space requirement.
